The Principles Behind
Any LINCK Solution
These four points describe what we consistently work towards in every project at LINCK — regardless of whether it involves a new plant, an expansion or a modernization. They show which criteria guide our decisions.
Profitability and Efficiency
The focus is on the highest possible return on value so that your production pays off over the years. Durability is not a “nice-to-have” but an integral part of the design — because only robust systems remain efficient over the long term.
Adaptability and Flexibility
Systems must be able to grow with your requirements. That's why we focus on targeted modernizations and expansions instead of building everything from scratch, and keep the solution as flexible as you need it.
People & Workplace Quality
Good technology is also reflected in how safe and reliable it can be used in everyday life. We stand for service quality that provides practical support, and for safety standards that do not only exist on paper.
Transparency and Decision Compass
Decisions get better when performance is visible. That is why we create a reliable basis through performance monitoring and use plant simulation to test variants, classify effects in advance and manage optimizations in a targeted manner.
Major Projects.
Clear Results.
Large projects are rarely “just about technology.” They are about interfaces, time frames, restructuring phases — and the need to keep the production running. An excerpt from our references shows how we turn demanding project scopes into clear, reliable results.
2014
SCA (Sweden)
SCA focused on the requirement to operate the sawline digitally and in a future-proof manner. The solution implemented was a PRO MAX high-performance line with feed speeds of up to 240 m/min. As one of the first integrated condition monitoring solutions in use, it creates a transparent data basis for condition-based maintenance and makes plant conditions visible early and comprehensibly.
2017
Piveteau (France)
Piveteau pursued the goal of gradually implementing the transformation of production without unnecessarily interrupting ongoing processes. For this purpose, an existing merry-go-round system was modified in stages into a Profiling line rebuilt. The result is a high level of flexibility with continuous process integration, supplemented by the integration of modern CT-Log technology for targeted value optimization in the material flow.
2018
Gallien (France)
At Gahe focus was on processing large diameter logs and controllably. The profiling technology was designed for the upper diameter range of up to 80 cm and was thus specifically adapted to an extended range of applications. Integrated pre-sorting on the separating conveyor (SER) also ensures greater process reliability and supports stable, easily controllable material management.
2019
Juodeliai (Lithuania)
Juodeliai wanted to process short logs efficiently — with lengths of 1.1 m to 3.1 m and with hardwood whose log shape varies significantly. The solution is designed for reliable process management even when the raw material is extremely irregular in shape. As a result, the sawing remains stable, reproducible and easily manageable across varying material qualities.
2023
Matsumoto (Japan)
At Matsumoto, the focus was on international implementation with clear market and quality requirements. A Profiling line with an integrated twin band saw was realized in primary processing, combining process control with a high degree of flexibility. At the same time, the design was adapted to reliably meet the specific requirements of the Japanese market.
2026
Holzindustrie Schwaiger (Germany)
Holzindustrie Schwaiger aims to process small diameter logs economically — even under the structural contraints of an existing building. A PRO NANO sawline with full optimization and a wedge-free manufacturing process without rotation, combined with a compact sawline length. This makes it possible to achieve a high throughput without losing sight of operational efficiency.
